doe eating babies

Question
I have a rex rabbit she has given birth once and had live babies. The last two times she has had desd babies one I saved. On her very last batch she eat them when they came out. Know babies.
Also each time they have a litter is it good to clean the box of their old hair?

hi glenna when she has babys do not touch the nest until they are 24 hrs old and then remove the doe before you look in remove any dead -recover nest and replace the doe feed and water as normal dont look in again for about 1 week.do not remove any nest material
