keeping her busy

Question
I have a 3 month old bunny, she is a in door bunny.
while we are at work she stays in the laundry.
when we get home she gets to run around the house freely till bed time.
what can i do to stop her from eating the carpet?
I have tried keeping her busy with other toys like a cats toy, scrunched up paper and balls, empty toilet rolls and giving her a carrot.
she will only play with them for 2 minutes then she is back to the carpet.
also what do we do about long nails? can we cut them ?

Hi Tara,
Yes.,you can trim her toenails,being careful not to cut too close to the vein in the nail.  Only trim  small amounts at a time.
 Keeping her away from the carpet may be quite a task...you can try putting a cinnamon extract on the area she likes to chew on,this will turn her away from it and hopefully she'll get the picture.
 Try this for a while and hopefully it will help, good luck.
