lionhead rabbit shedding

hi, my lionhead rabbit is losing fur and looks like he has a bad case of dandruf some spots are coming out in clumps, what can I do?

Dear Traci,

Hair loss and flaky skin are both signs of fur mites (Cheyletiella sp.), and long-haired breeds seem to be more susceptible to them than other rabbits.  Fortunately, these are easily and safely treated with Revolution (selamectin) from your vet.  Please read:
