Question
Hi!! How much food do my two three month old Holland Lops need?  So
far I have been free-feeding them, but when do I need to limit their
intake? And when I do stop free-feeding them, how much food will they
need?
Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!

Answer
At 3-4 months i limit their feed to 4 oz of feed. With rabbits a good way to tell how much feed to feed and it be enough to keep them healthy and in condition is to feed 1 oz of feed per 1 lb of mature body weight. Hollands should not weigh over 3 1/2 lbs so 4 oz of feed is plenty. The average cat food can is 4 oz, so this is what i use to measure my food for all my 4lb rabbits. Half a can for my netherland dwarfs, and 3 cans for my new zealands.
Slowly begin reducing their food down to the 4-5 oz per day. always free feed hay though.
