He may have wry neck. This is where the head tilts to one side. It may even cause the rabbit to walk to one side or even in circles.

You need to get him to a rabbit vet ASAP. Wry neck can be caused by many things--from ear mites, to an injury, to a bacterial infection, to internal parasites. Only a vet will be able to determine the cause and get treatment in time.
