Answer
If you are pretty sure the new babies are not being fed, I would advise moving them into the box with the other litter. Just rub some of the nesting material on them, and let them mingle in. Rabbits are very rarely picky about smell, so fostering babies to a new mother is usually quite easy.

Rabbits do only feed once or twice a day, so it is common to not see the mothers feed the babies. As long as they do not look really shrunken (really prominant ribs), they are most likely being fed.

The cuts on the ears and tails will most likely heal themselves very quickly as long as they are not still bleeding  and do not look infected. Generally only cuts on the body or head are something you need to worry about. However, if they are troubling, you can put a thin layer Neosporin ointment on them. Just take the babies out, clean up the wounds, apply the ointment, and put the babies back in (rub the nesting material over the body so they smell like the nest again).

Cuts do happen often with inexperienced mothers. Sometimes they just get too excited with cleaning off the babies, and they accidentally nip the ears and legs.
