bunny peeing on the floor

Hi-I have a bunny who is on eye drops for con-junk-ta-vi-tus in the eye (it's clearing up) and Tresaderm for her ears. She is very good about taking these but I usually find her peeing on the floor afterwards. She is eating and drinking normally and her pee is the right color, etc. and she is litter trained. The only time she has ever peed outside of her cage, is when I first got her seven yrs. ago and it was only once or twice. Could she be doing this out of behavior because of the medications or is it something else?

The meds could be causing her to not be able to hold her urine, or it could be her form of rebellion since you are giving her meds. If she doesn't stop this after the meds, then you may need to do a little retraining on the litter box to make sure she is using it properly.
