Questionwhen your rabbits baby's are born how many days does it take for you to be able to hold and or touch them?
AnswerDear Jacob,
It is best not to disturb the nest until the babies start to come out on their own, and can move around freely. This will be at about the age of two weeks. They are *very* delicate and fragile, and even when they don't seem able to move much, they are able to jump suddenly. So NEVER hold a baby rabbit more than an inch or two over a very soft surface, in case the baby jumps suddenly and falls. I have heard of this happening far too often for me not to warn you before you have a tragedy.
