Question
I just got a Baby Dwarf Rex 5 days ago, and the salesman said it was a baby female and when we took her home, we realized she was getting really big, have we been feeding her to much, or is she not so much of a baby, please answer ASAP

Answer
Place your open palm on her back, and lightly press down on it. You should not easily feel her spine, but you should be able to feel it a little bit. If you cannot, she is likely too fat. If you can easily feel it, she is too thin.

When purchasing a pet store rabbit, a lot of the "dwarfs" are really not dwarfs. I've known people to buy "dwarfs" that turned out to be 10 pounds. If you purchased from a show breeder, then can tell you about what weight and size she should be right now. Do you happen to know her age? If she is under 4 months, she should be getting all the food she wants.
