rabbits spraying

do all male rabbits spray? im buying an 8 month old rabbit the man is not sure if its a holland lop or a mini lop. the picture he showed me looks like a holland lop because i dont see a crown on his head so im assuming its a holland lop. i asked him if its been nuetured yet but he is at work and hasnt replied back so im asking you. please let me know soon. thank you

Not all rabbits spray, but many of them do. Both mini lops and holland lops ideally (for show purposes) should have a crown, so that is not an accurate way to tell the breed. Weight would be a better way to tell, though the two breeds do sometimes overlap in weight.
