Questionmy rabbit has a little cut on his ear and i need to know what to do. how to clean it and what to put on it

If the cut is not deep, then the best way to disinfect it is to dilute povidone iodine (Betadine) in clean, lukewarm water to the color of weak tea. Gently apply and wipe clean the cut with the solution on a cottonball, and then dab dry with another clean cottonball. I would not apply anything else, including any type of ointment. A clean, dry cut will heal more quickly.
If the cut is deep, or if the ear cartilage is actually separated, then it would be best to get bunny to a good rabbit vet to have the wound cleaned and sutured. The ear is highly vascularized, and you don't want any bacteria getting into the system from a deep cut that's left untreated. You can find a good rabbit vet here:
