Question
our rabbit eats lattus and carrots but not the pellets. its the same one the pet store fed before we bought it too. also it seems attracted to my fingers more than the food. the rabbit also peed twice during the past 3 days and i dont think it has pooped at all. is it okay if it pees but not poops in a certain period of time?

Answer
Oh no, it's not good at all if your rabbit hasn't pooped in three days.  You need to get your rabbit to a rabbit experienced vet as soon as possible.  There can be very serious health problems if your rabbit hasn't pooped.

Does you rabbit eat hay?  Your rabbit needs to have a good quality hay available to eat.  If it's an adult, timothy hay should be available.  If it's a young rabbit, alfalfa hay is appropriate.

Your bunny could have GI stasis, which can be very serious and result in death.  Here are some websites with information on this problem:

And here are some sites with some recipes that you can try to see if it will entice your rabbit to eat more than lettuce and carrots.  Just those vegetables are not enough for a healthy rabbit diet:

And these sites have information on diet, including other vegetables to try with your rabbit:

But you need to get your rabbit to a vet to check for blockages or any other causes of GI stasis.
