Answer
Hi Rhys,

is this a baby rabbit or one of your adults?

I guess it doesn't matter either way as my suggestion would be to get to a vet to have them checked out and to make sure it doesn't get passed to your other rabbits.  If it is pasteurella you want to get it treated before other rabbits come down with it.  You as a multiple rabbit owner cannot afford to risk your other rabbits' health.

Normally rabbits will sneeze out mucuos that is in their nose, you will see them sit up and try to blow it out of their nose and get it off their faces.  If your rabbit is not trying to do or it just isn't going away you have to take them in to a good rabbit vet.  The eye goop you see may be part of the nasal infection as there are passages that connect in the nose/eye areas, or it may just be hair that has matted at the lid closure point.  You can try to groom them and pull it out gently with your fingers (not nails) when you are petting their heads.  Pet them for awhile, then try to get the goop out, and if not, pet again for a bit and try again.
