Answer
Hi Diego

Unless both rabbits are spayed/neutered it is very hard for them to live in the same cage.  Once their hormones are fully developed they will fight and the only thing you can really do to stop it is to separate them or get them fixed.

It sounds like Shadow was a baby when you got her.  Older rabbits generally tolerate babies well until they hit sexual maturity.  Since Shadow seems to be the instigator is sounds like she has reached her sexual maturity and doesn't want to share her cage space anymore.

For the safety of both of your bunnies it is best to separate them as soon as you can.  Once you get them spayed then you can re-introduce them.  I am attaching a site about bonding rabbits that may help.

If you need help finding a vet that can spay your rabbits you can try this site

If there is nothing in your area then start calling the local SPCA's  and ask them if they know anywhere that has a spay clinic.  Some SPCA's will do rabbits but most won't.  They should at the very least be able to tell you where a good qualified exotic animal vet is.

Good luck with Shadow and Fluffy.  I hope that after they are spayed they will get along.

Sincerely,

Pam
