bunny has pimples on his private area

my bunny has theses things on his private spot and they look like pimples what are they

Dear Sylvia,

If they are whitish and elongated, and located at the base of hairs, they could be enlarged hair follicles or oil glands.  If they are not sore or inflamed, then I would leave them alone.  But if you are concerned, then please get bun to a good rabbit vet:

for examination and treatment, as necessary.

If these are just pink bumps, then it would be wise to have a vet take a look, as they could be small abscesses, fibromas, or warts indicating rabbit syphilis. Without seeing them, I can give you only suggestions about whom to see for an actual diagnosis.
