scratching at ears

my lop house bunny is constantly scratching at her ears to the point that the hair on her ears has thinned out. i have examined her ears in and out but i don't see any sores, crusting or bugs.   she also has some patches of hair on her body where it is constantly falling out but there are no bald spots yet and she has already gone through her molt. what should i do? please help me.

Though you can't see them, mites are the likely culprit.  Please read:

I would try Revolution, even if you can't see the mites (or possibly fleas).  I'm betting 99% that this will solve the problem.
