rabbit aggression

my rabbit Roxy, i got her about three months ago, just began hiding in my closet and trying to bite my hand when i try to put her in her cage, what should I do?

It sounds as if Roxy is reaching puberty, and needs to be spayed.  Please read:

It's important to have her checked by a good rabbit vet to be sure there's nothing besides hormones responsible for her change in behavior.  Also be sure you're handling her gently and "on her level", as per the information here:

If she is having a false pregnancy (due to puberty), then she will be moody and aggressive until she's spayed.
