lame back right leg

my 4 year old lop eared rabbits back hind leg is not working properly he seems to be losing his balance and colapsing on that side can you help

I can't help much from over the internet, but I can urge you to get your bunny to a good rabbit vet:

to be checked for any sign of arthritis, ear infection, stroke, or E. cuniculi infection that can all contribute to this problem.  Please read:

If there are no obvious problems with the joints or ears, then please ask the vet about treating for E. cuniculi:

The sooner this is treated, the better, since the condition can worsen rapidly without treatment.
