Rabbit treats?

Question
Hi I was wondering what would make some good and healthy treats for my Rabbit. Is feeding her oats and Plain Cheerios ok. I think oats are ok but I am not sure about cheerios. Do you have any healthy suggestions of treats I can use for training? Do you also have any ideas of dry treats that can be kept for a while without going bad? I will take any suggestions you have.
Much appreciated!

Answer
hello ketherine

Training rabbits with treats will always get some good results. I would only give your bunny treats that are made for rabbits instead of human food. Not only will they be better for her but she will also enjoy them better which will make it easier to train her. I have many different treats for my bunnies some are quite fattening so only give them very little but i do have some others which they love and is healthy for them also. my dwalf lop will do anything for choc milk drops for rabbits however these are quite fattening for him. i found some small chewy apple treats in  my pet shop and he loves them also which are better for him. how about getting some yogurt drops, these are healthy treats for bunnies and have extra vitamins in them. Try vitakraft nibbling rings, im sure all bunnies will love those.

going into your local pet shop and have a look at the different types of treats and find out what your bunny likes the best :-)

most treats last a long while if sealed up properly especially treats in a bag.

hope this helps
