Weird Lop Head Movements

I'm currently babysitting my friends two female rabbits. I'm a little concerned about the young lop rabbit, Jam-ie. She is constantly moving her head to the left, not in the way described for Head Tilt, just kind of like shes taking in the scenery then snapping her head back into place. She's not off balance or falling over in any way but it's a persistent thing. I've never seen a rabbit act like this and it's worried me a bit. Any information would help a lot. my rabbit stated doing that before and he had a bit of grass stuck in his ear and had to be removed bu a vet. have a careful look in her ear to see if there is anything in there, also check for scratched or cuts as she could have been biten.
