Question
if i give my rabbit to another person who will probably look after it more than me, will she get depressed?

also if there is clumps of fur in her cage what does it mean?

Answer
Well if she were close to you, she may miss you a little bit.

What may be another issue is how she will respond to a new home.  She will go through an adjustment period.  How she responds depends on her personality.  Some rabbits are laid back and can roll with whatever comes their way.  Others may need some quiet time and extra love.

As for the fur, if she is of an age of sexual maturity and the fur is gathered together in a nest, she may be going through a false pregnancy.

Or it could be stress

Or she may be going through a fur molt.  If what you see looks like extra shedding, particularly near the back legs and bottom.  And if you can see a defined shedline, she could be going through a molt.  Rabbits do this from time to time.  If this is what it looks like, she'll need some extra brushing so she doesn't ingest extra fur.  For more information on fur loss, you can see this site:
