Question
I have came across some baby bunnies while mowing the yard and we would like to keep one for ourselves. I don't know how old it is or what to feed it. It looks like it is trying to open it's eyes but it's not for a long time. I have been told to feed it with a baby srunge, but not exaclty what to put in. So if you could please give me some advise on how to mother it.

Thank you for your time,
Rochelle Davis

Answer
Well, I'm am going to discourage you from this.  Wild rabbits don't make good pets and keeping one may be illegal where you live.

They're not like domesticated rabbits and have different dietary needs and behaviors.  Really what you should do is it back where you found it and keep a look out if the mother comes back for it.  Mother rabbits stay in the area, but as prey animals won't constantly stay with the babies.  And she only feeds them once or twice a day.

If you are sure that the mother won't come back for it, you can try to raise it long enough to release it or find a wildlife rehabilitator.

Two good resource for wild babies are here

and a site for finding a rehabilitator is here:
