well my rabbit about a week ago started tilting its head to one side and his ear is not normal it is like just laying there and its ear is not infected or has ear mites so what could it be?

This is called head tilt or wry neck , it is fairly common in rabbits and he needs to be seen by a vet to get the proper treatment for it.  Also you can do some research to find out more about this condition and the causes and effects of it by checking out these websites

This is a very serious issue that really needs treated as soon as possible.  I suggest calling your vet as soon as you can and getting your bun in for treatment.
