My mini rex

My 4 1/2 year old bunny was shaking uncontrolably when I let him out of his cage this morning. It's like he's panting really fast. He also seems to be having a hard time getting comfortable. He keeps shifting positions.
What do you think is wrong with my poor baby?

Because I am not a vet, I really can't give you a diagnosis but what I can tell you is that if your rabbit has had a sudden change in eating or drinking you need to take him to the vet. I also suggest calling your vet and explaining what your rabbit is doing to them,  Shaking like this is not normal, and it can be caused by multiple things.  I am sorry I am not able to help you anymore.
