rabbit foot

hello there my girlfrien has a rabbit about 4 years old average size white one with floppy ears, she says it has lost loads of weight over the past few months now the other day she said hes hardely moving now she is on holiday and im looking after him (buttins), i noticed a red mark on the back of his back left foot on the topside of his foot it isnt a little scar but looks like a boil or big blister but no fur is on it, what can it be,

If the rabbit has lost weight, and is listliss, I think you have more problems than a mark on the back foot.  I suggest taking him to the vet for a check up, as this is not normal or safe rabbit behavior and is an indicator of something  very serious going on with your rabbit.
