concerned about my baby bunny

i am just wondering if you can help me out i have a 3 week old baby netherland dwarf rabbit and today i noticed its private bits are swollen and there is its like it may have runny poo but i am not 100% sure i am just wondering if you would have any idea on the matter

ok first off hun why do you have a 3 week old baby? This is way to earily for it to be away from its mother and siblings! This alone could be the issue because mom helps them use the bathroom still from time to time. That baby needs its mom. The only thing you can do is pull all its pelleted food and if your giving veggies STOP its to young. Give only a high quilaty green timothy hay as much as it wants on free feed till the runny stool clears up you can also try alfla hay
