I have 2 bunnies. I think they are around 5 months old.One is a boy and the other is a girl. I've seen they making love a few times and the female does not want me to hold her anymore. Can she be pregnant?

There is a good possibility she is pregnant!.
I suggest you remove the buck (BOY) and remember 30 days from when you seen them breed you may have some baby bunnies. you need to prepare her for the babies and put some nesting material like straw in a box for her to use. and then put the box in her cage at about 27 days so she will not poop in it until when she has the babies.
