HOW DID MY RABBIT DIE ONE MORNING HE WAS HAPPY AS A BUNNY
I WENT THAT NIGHT HE WAS AS SOLID AS A STONE MY DAD SAID HE HAD BEEN DEAD FOR HOURS BUT HE HAD HIS EYES OPEN SO WAS IT THE COLD OR THE SHOCK IT WAS IN A SHED AS WELL

I am so sorry about your loss.
I just lost a great show rabbit the same way. With no sign of injury.
My best guess is that your rabbit was scared really bad, like with a loud noise, Big dog, raccoon, snake, wind, anything that was not expected.
