Nesting Behavior

Question
A few weeks ago, we let the outdoor bunny come in for a playdate with the indoor bunny.  We thought they were both males, but now we're not so sure.  For the past two days, the outdoor bunny has hurriedly been building a nest behind boxes in my husband's tool closet.  We're hoping its just a new bedroom for himself (or herself) and not a nest to rear little bunnies.

Does that sound like typical female nesting behavior, or just a smart bunny getting ready for winter?

Answer
hi mary it sounds as though she is pregnant -count 28-32 days from wwhen you had them together and this is the gestation time.
its possibly it could be a phantom pregnancy which is common in rabbits they do all the right things but in the end nothing happens.
