how to train my rabbits

i have a male and female rabbit and i would like to train them to go to the bathroom over the fence instead of there hutch is there a way to do that

I can't really picture what you're trying to do, but here are some good instructions for litterbox training that might help:

Rabbits will "do their business" wherever it is more comfortable and natural for them.  I can't imagine that hiking their bums over a fence would be either, and doubt you will be able to train them to do this.  But if you provide proper housing, there should be room for a litterbox, which is easy to clean and makes great compost, if you use the right litter.
