Question
I've got two fluffy 6 month rabbits that attack me, bite me and pull out my hair when i try to feed them!!! Luckily, the toiletry buisness is not a problem.
I now have to put on tough gardening gloves just to see them!
we got a new rabbit run to put the rabbits in. I couldn't pick up the other one so only one rabbit was in it for 15 minutes, runing into me and tackling me.
I feel sorry for the rabbits, but they're just too crazy to handle!!! What do I do in this situation?

Answer
Hi Caitlin. I am so sorry to hear that you are having this sort of problem with your bunnies. I really have never heard of this. I have heard of one rabbit becomming agressive and nasty but never two. I don't know what the problem is but in all reality no one needs any kind of animal that wants to attack you. I would replace them if you want to keep rabbits. You don't want to breed them as they might pass this on to their young. You will never enjoy them if they are trying to hurt you. Don't feel guilty or bad about letting them go. Sometimes things just don't go like they are supposed to. If you have a rescue center you might take them there. They have the knowledge to try to work with them and civilize them. Otherwise it might be best to have them put down. You wouldn't want them to hurt anyone else who might just think they were "Nice little bunnies." Let me know what decision you make and how things turn out. I hope you can get a nice gentle bunny. They really are wonderful little friends.   Pat
