AnswerDear Laura,
First, all the rabbits involved must be spayed/neutered for this to work. Sex hormones will just make things more crazy and impossible. You can find a good vet here:
www.rabbit.org/vets
for this, if they are not already "fixed." And for more information on this, please read:
www.rabbit.org/health/spay.html
Even a spayed/neutered rabbit will be territorial, though, and your bunny is behaving in a completely normal manner. It's not always possible to bond groups of rabbits, but if you want to try, the place to go is here:
http://search.atomz.com/search/?sp_a=sp06282400&sp_f=iso-8859-1&sp_q=bonding
where you'll find many articles on how to get rabbits to stop fighting and get along. Note that it won't always work, and it will depend on the personalities of the bunnies involved. In our house, we just have to keep some pairs separated for their own safety.
But I hope those articles will help you give it a good try.
Good luck!
Dana
