Nose Tumor Of Female Rabbit Nose

Question
I have a female Rabbit about 9 months old, I have observed the unusual shape of her nose, it was slightly appeared as tumor with no illness sign, and that was since i bought her 4 months ago, now and since few weeks the nose started getting bigger and slight skin break.
What that would be?

Hi,

it could be a number of things.  Everything I can think of requires you to get her in to a good rabbit vet immediately as this will affect her breathing and probably her eating abilty.  Please get her in ASAP to a good rabbit vet as soon as physically possible.  You need to get her in while she's as strong as possible.
