Dwarf rabbit not himself

Question
Last night before going to sleep my rabbit seems to be fine. The next morning he doesn't seem quite himself. He's eating but slowly. I take him out for a walk out of his cage but he barely moves. He goes crazy and hops around when he's taken out for some play time. I'm not sure what to do, he just sits there.

Is this something serious?

Answer
Dear Julie,

This could be something serious.  Please read this immediately:

www.bio.miami.edu/hare/sickbun.html

and use this list to find a rabbit-savvy vet:

www.rabbit.org/vets

I would consider this an emergency, and tell the vet you need to get him in there *this morning* without delay.
