bunny with bump on shoulder

i have almost 3 yr old mini rex dwarf bunny she is a house bunny i noticed she a bump on her shoulder you can see a bald spot from far away and when i held her she had bump but she doesnt have a bump on the other side...what could this be...

I don't know, but whatever it is it's an obvious problem as this is not normal.  It could be indicative of a number of things, all needing vet treatment.

You need to get her to a good rabbit vet right away.  It will not just go away on its own.  There are hardly any rabbit health problems that just go away without doing anything.  Go to a good rabbit vet, not all are.  Start here:

Please get her in quickly.  The sooner it's looked at the better off she will be.
