wet nose

Question
I've had rabbits before but none of them had a wet nose like this one does. We just found a breeder near my house and she was keeping them outside, but I am keeping the rabbit inside due to past expierences with the neighbors spraying poison. I read other questions that you answered about the wet nose and her nose is a little wet underneath right above her lip. It's clear like water but she isnt sneezing or anything. What would cause it? What do i do to help her get better?

Answer
Personally if it was something that was ongoing I'd take her in to my rabbit vet.  The only way to really figure it out is to analyze what you've done around the house before you see it occurring.  It could be chemicals, it could be pollens in the air (rabbits can have allergies)

I would have the vet check her teeth well, if she's regularly runny under her lip she may have a tooth problem.  Drooling is a symptom of a mouth issue.
