Question
I have a female rabbit who is spayed, about a year old, and is still quite aggressive.  She has her cage inside and comes out most days, but I have 3 year old twins, and she hisses at them, and lunges at them.  Once she is picked up she is fine, but to pick her up, I have to be be quick to pick her up or she tries to have my hand off, but I dont want to give up with her.  Would getting a male rabbit help her, because she does have her loving side too, and I dont want to give up with her, just wondered if that would calm her down.

Answer
hi lisa getting a male will only add to your troubles as they will fight like mad as its her territory he is moving on.
she is obviously jealous of the twins so in my opinion she needs to be caged and not in the house,
there are plenty of good cages to buy from a pet store.
