Answer
Hi,

personally ifit was my rabbit, here is exactly what I would do.

1. If (IF) I had just regular neosporin (NOT neosporin plus) in the house, I would coat the wound with a light layer of regular neosporin.

2. I would go to my good regular rabbit vet to have him examined to make sure it doesn't appear any infection is present or appears to be forming.  You don't want infections around the nose/sinuses/eyes/brain/ears.  All of those structures are very close to each other and infections will travel between them.  The worry is the infection is in the skin, and then moves into the muscles and bone and into other areas.

If you need to find a good rabbit vet around you (not all are), start here:

to find a House Rabbit Society recommended vet near you.

He should have a general checkup exam every year anyway, at a minimum.  If he hasn't had one in awhile it's good to get him in to make sure there's nothing else going on and you can know he either has a problem or (except for the nose scrape) has a clean bill of health.
