My rabbit: losing fur along her back

My rabbit, Cutie, is losing hair along her back. It has gotten to the point that there are a couple bald spots. She even had a sneezing fit once and her pellets are wet and they are sticking together in clumps. Is this serious or is she just over grooming herself?
