bunny has a pimple thing on her back by her neck

Ok ive been letting my bunny outside the past couple weeks she is about 1 and a half she was mainly a indoor rabbit but I cant find a harness big enough to walk her so I built a fence in my back yard and let her go in there well today I was petting her and felt a pimple like thing on her back by her right sholder about a inch from her ears nowhere else that i can find I was wondering what It could be and how can tell how to treat it and this is off topic but how do i hold my bunny this is my first pet and dont know much about handling animals but i hate picking her up by her stomach cuse she freeks out pretty bad proly cuse im doing it wrong any advice would help thank u very much Dave

Hi David it's probably a blind syst which is harmless ,if it gets bigger it will need a vet to check it out.
To lift a rabbit you put one hand behind its ears , don't grab hard and the other hand goes under its bottom then when both are in place just lift it up
