Question
Hi I have returned home from hospital and had found that a child had taken my rabbit out of the hutch and had been putting water and car shampoo on it and I don't know what else. My rabbit was very stressed and shaking sink brought him in and wrapped him in a towel to calm down. I then bathed my rabbit to get it all off but it's fur still isn't drying and it now shakes again I keep wrapping him up in towels and trying to dry him please help as my vet is closed untill Monday and don't know how else I can get him dry without causing him any more stress

Answer
Hi Toni,

The only thing I can really think of is to use a towel.  You can use a blow dryer made for dogs that doesn't have heat.  If its fur is short you can rub your hands back and forth to remove the excess wetness.

I really wish I had more answers for you.
