I have this rabbit that i have been taking care for a few weeks now and i noticed that one of his ears is clogged up with something that is very thick. There seems to be dried blood in there as well. Now Every time i try to look at it he hops away. Now is there something i need to be worrying about here? Is there a way to care for his ears or is this a natural thing? The ear does not appear to be bothering him but i am curious.

It's not normal, and should be treated.  Rabbits don't show signs of pain readily.  Please see:

This sounds like ear canker, caused by parasitic mites, and it can be treated safely with Revolution (selamectin) or ivermectin from your vet.  Find a rabbit vet here:
