Maitake

Question
I have a rabbit who has a tumor near here insteine.
I have read where mushrooms will maybe stop tumor growth.
I have liquid Maitake which is a mushroom extract bought in health food store.
would this hurt my rabbit if I gave here some of this.

Please don't feed your rabbit any of this. Mushrooms are known to be toxic to rabbits.

If you're looking to treat the tumors but are worried about using traditional medical techniques, there are alternative therapies you can look into, though I don't know what's available in your area. If you're set on going with a natural treatment, do some google searches for homeopathic animal centers and see what comes up.
