A rabbit needs more than carrots and lettuce to survive.  It sounds as if you are starving her to death.  Please read this immediately:

Your rabbit needs pellets, hay, a constant supply of clean water in a *heavy bowl*, not a bottle, and constant monitoring to be sure she is eating properly.
