5 day old piggy questions

I have 2 5 day old piggy siblings. I was told the mother sat on 4 other babies which is why they took the rest. They are already on puppy formula, and was told they were eating an ounce. I know they should not be on puppy milk, however I dont want to change, for fear they will get the poops-is this ok for now? They were already bottle feeding, I tried to pan feed them but it goes up their nose-is this ok? When I bottle them, it takes forever, they barely eat 1 tablespoon! Is this ok? They are pooping yellow, formed balls, are as active as I think 5 dayers should be. I have bottle fed a pig before, but she was 4 weeks old when I got her. THese guys are so small, it makes me nervous because there is no room for error.  Any help would be really appreciated.

 Pan feeding is the way pigs are fed. They tend to aspirate fluid into the lungs from a bottle.
GOAT'S MILK is ideal because it is so digestable.....the "squirts" is a main cause of death. Yellow formed feces are fine....
You are right, there is no room for error.
Bless you for taking this on....GRADUALLY change them over to goat's milk (sold at stores).
No bottle feeding....
