is a hedgehog right for me?

Is hedgehog right for me? I live in family of 6 and one of the children is 8 years old. So would a hedgehog be right for my family?

i cant really answer that could you please give me some more information? ( who will be the person who takes care of the hedgehog,is there room to keep the hedgehog? are you willing to take and hour or two playing and socializing the hedgehog every day? are there young kids in the house? where would you keep the hedgehog? is your house loud?( ect ) sorry i just don't have enough information to answer your question
