I have to guinea pigs and i can not tell if they are male or female. All though one has gotten really fat and eats all the time and drinks a ton of water.. And i want to know if she might be pregnant. How can you tell....

Please find below a link that shows you how to tell the difference between males and females. Also, if you gently press the lower tummy, a penis will pop out if male.

To determine if she is pregnant, I would recommend weighing her each day and if she gains more than an ounce or two each day, this is a good sign, along with the appetite and thirst you describe.
