Hi, Marie!

I have a ten year old beagle (ira) and a five year old lab/ret mix (luke).   Over the Holidays, I left them with a relative.  They escaped from the yard and left for a week or so.  Marsh Land, Woods, Railroads...just acres of land.  They returned the day before I came to get them.  It has been 3 days now and they are both zombies.  The vet checked them and said temp was good, treated them for tapeworms, gave them a double dose of revolution for possible bug infestation, and skunk shampoo.  They are covered in mini scabs and sores from all the ticks I pulled off of them.  It has been really sad to see my babies like this.  How long do you think this is going to last?  She is too old for those kind of adventures and her sleeping is HEAVY.  She is definitely having nightmares. :(  Any words of wisdom?

Yes, I have some ideas for you.  YOUR Ira and Luke have a compromised immune system because of the adverse conditions they encountered.
Here are some things to help re-build:
