How long has she gone without eating? Since dogs cannot tell us when they are ill or something is wrong they usually stop eating or drinking or both when they don't feel well. If she is not eating you should take her to the vet as soon as possible to make sure there is nothing wrong. If it is hormonal the vet will probably need to give her a shot to put her hormones back to normal.
