Question
How much should a 6 year old male Yorkshire with diabetes weigh?

Answer
Kaitlyn,

That would depend on his size.  All Yorkies are different and can range in weight from 2 pounds to 25 pounds.  According to the Yorkshire Terrier Club of America, a Yorkshire Terrier should not weigh more than seven pounds.  That however, is the weight designation for the "Breed Standard" which describes what the official Standard is for Yorkies.

I would have to say that for you to gauge what he should weigh for his size you could figure it to be about the weight that he was when he was about 18 months old.  After they reach that age they have stopped growing and should be that weight for most of their adult life.
